4'*8' 1325 Basic ATC CNC Router Machine for Acrylic
With a rigid stress tested body, reliable set of components and first class service from UTECH, this CNC machine is on the top of many a workshops list. All of our CNC routers come with full installation and training, carried out by our own in-house team of friendly, knowledgeable CNC engineers. Fast, affordable, reliable. Structure
1. Spindle
Adoption of Italian OILSPEED industrial grade electric spindle! A significant increase in transverse shear force allows it to be adapted to cutting programmes with different speed parameters.
2. Tools
Standard type with 4 linear tools, use BT30 holder. It can also be replaced with a rotary tool changer, which can add 8-12 tools.
3. Guide & Rail
Imported linear guide rail/rack, high precision, stable transmission, long life, good stability.
4. Table Surface
Unique electric plate vacuum adsorption + T-slot table, four independent control and can absorb and clamp plates of different sizes.
5. SHIMPO Reducer
Adopt Japan SHIMPO precision reducer, reduction ratio is 1:10, has the function of buffering, small volume, large torque, small noise, high transmission accuracy.
6. Head piece
The machine head is made of T6061/6030 aluminum parts by a professional CNC machining center. After oxidation surface and low-temperature annealing treatment, the machine head is lighter and more durable.
7. tool setting gauge with high precision
High precision auto tool calibrator. After be settled on your system once, can accurate presetting cutter, makes calibrating tool lengths easy and quick.
8. Emergency stop button
Machines can be stopped in the first instance, enhancing safety features and minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.
9. Handle Controller
It adopts industrial-grade off-line cnc motion control system, which has good compatibility and is developed with a new architecture, which is safer, more stable and faster.
10. Control cabinet
Control cabinet has universal wheel,could moveable freely,we will reserve at least 2.5 meters of wire for customers to move the control cabinet.It is usually placed under the bed in front of the machine for easy use.
11. Motor & Driver
The 750W JMC 7502 servo motor driver enables faster and more efficient machining, providing precise position and speed control and smooth operation for precise cutting, milling and engraving operations.
12. Whole Machine
S2-1325 ATC CNC Machine has a thicker mechanical structure, which makes it excellent in mechanical rigidity and stability.
