5.5kw Water Cooling Spindle
The high quality SESAME range of CNC milling machines are equipped with a 5.5kw water cooled high frequency spindle. The precision spindle is maintenance free for long machine life and utilizes industry standard ER25 tools supporting tool sizes of 3.175, 4, 6, 8, 12.7, 16 mm. Fully programmable speeds range from 18,000 to 24,000 RPM.

Based on the standard SESAME CNC, the visual positioning function has been added with a 1.5 megapixel professional industrial camera with a powerful image recognition function that captures and recognizes minute details on the surface of the workpiece for more precise cutting. UTECH Patent Type Reducer
UTECH equipment utilizes a standard reduction gear structure - Patented Step Reducer/Japanese SHIMPO Reducer 1:5/1:10. In contrast to the internal structure of reduction gears and gearboxes, the belts of synchronous belts have a certain amount of tension and are prone to loosening.
