Heavy Duty 1300mm*2500mm 4 Axis ATC Cnc Router for Furniture
Sofia Series ATC CNC Router- An ATC reduces production time by automatically changing cutters between tool paths, thus eliminating the need for the CNC operator to change and zero tools individually. The ATC allows this kind of machine to do the full job, even when different tooling is required to make different types of cuts – like cabinets and furniture – or where different bits are needed for roughing and finishing passes – like signs and complex 3D carvings. A machine equipped with an ATC can perform operations normally done on other pieces of equipment, eliminating the need for additional machines in the shop.
Based on ATC, adding a rotary attachment, can not only realize the processing of flat workpieces, but also the processing of three-dimensional workpieces and irregular workpieces. The rotary axis could be on the machine side, or the machine table; could be fixed on the machine, also could be moveable.
The 4th ATC CNC Router is multifunctional in one. It can not only realize flat and three-dimensional processing but also save time and space by automatically changing tools.
The bed is welded by high rigidity rectangular steel tube and optimized mechanical design structure of drawing net.
High precision metal air-cooled cutter spindle motor through secondary dynamic balance precision testing to ensure machining accuracy.
Unique electric board vacuum adsorption+T-slot table, four independent control and can absorb clips.
Imported linear guide rail/rack/screw, high precision,stable transmission, long lifetime, good stability.
Precision shimpo reducer with imported rack, small volume, large torque, small noise, high transmission precision.
Excellent CNC processing system, satble performance, simple operation, no professional knowledge can complete the operation after simple training.
