Packing:

1/ If machine delivery via LCL, then would packed with wrapping film, EPE foam, and standard export plywood box.
2/ If machine delivery via FCL, then dont need wood box, would packed with warpping film and EPE foam.

Shipping:

We support machine delivery via express, air transportation, land transportation and sea transportation.
1/ Such as some small machine, Mini CNC Router or Small CO2 Laser Machine and Fiber Laser Marking Machine, usually delivery via
express and air transportation.
2/ If you wanna us help you delivery to domestic warehouse or Russia, Kazakhstan etc, usually delivery via land transportation.
3/ Large machine or some countries where shipping is more convenient, usually suggest choose sea transportation.
You can choose any way you'd prefer, we also will give you some proper suggestions.

Q1. How do you get the best price? As you may know, the different type of CNC machine apply to the different material, and the different model apply to the different material. Please tell me what's material you want to cutting or engraving? And what's MAX size and thickness of carved material? Then I will recommand the most suitable model and the best price for you.

Q2: How long is the delivery time?
For standard machines, it would be 15-20 days, if small machine, such as our mini cnc 3020, 3040, 4060, within
one week; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to clients specific requirements, it would be 20 to 30 days.

Q3: In case of failure, how to do?

Q4: How is the packing?
1) For CNC engraving machine: Machine would packed with wrapping film, EPE foam, and standard export plywood box. 2) For fiber laser cutting machine: Machine body covered with plastic film, laser source, control cabinet packed with plywood case and put on the machine body, chiller packed with plywood alone, usually fiber laser cutting machine packed with a whole 20GP container.
